FSX P-51 Mustang RAF 112 th Squadron The Sharks. This is a Repaint of Roger Dials P-51 Mustang. . Paint scheme is of the RAF 112 th Squadron "The Sharks" Famous for the Shark Mouth nose art . In July 1941 the squadron began receiving the Tomahawk, which it now used in both the fighter and fighter-bomber role in support of the 8th Army.In December 1941 the Tomahawks were replaced by the Kittyhawk, which it used for the remainder of its time in the desert. Following the invasion of Sicily the squadron moved there in July 1943 changing to the Woodland camo and onto the Italian mainland in September.In June 1944 the Kittyhawks were replaced with Mustang IIIs and from February 1945, Mustang IVs. FSX Airspeed Horsa Glider.The Horsa glider was used by the RAF in it's WW2 airborne operations. It was bigger than the American Waco CG-4 and carried 30 troops vs. the Waco's 15. This is a FSDS v3.51 project compiled with Xtomdl into FSX (SP-2). It has the usual animations plus opening door, steps and tail cone. The 2D panel and VC are based on a picture and the VC has animated controls. A Low Definition model of a Handley Page Halifax is included for use as a glider tug. FSX (SP2 Tested) 1917 Zepplin Staaken R.VI This aircraft was mainly used for night bombing raids on London. FSX Sopwith Snipe Package. Full VC, custom sound & great textures. Considered by many to be the best Allied fighter in service at the end of World War I, the Sopwith 7F.1 Snipe was designed by Herbert Smith to replace the aging Sopwith Camel. Custom built around the powerful 230 hp Bentley BR2 engine, the Snipe wasn't much faster than the Camel but it was easier to fly, offered better visibility from the cockpit and had an improved rate of climb. FSX 1915 Caudron G4 Twin Rotary engine Package (fixed). Just probrably the most beautiful vintage plane for fsx! A must have for vintage aviation fans The Caudron G.3 first flew in 1914 serving as an observation aircraft. It had above average climbing ability and was considered suitable for use in mountainous terrain. As the progressed the type was retired from front line service and used extensively as a training aircraft. The USAS procured 192 of them for use as trainers. The first 126 were purchased with Le Rhone 9C engines in November of 1917. The Remaining 66 were delivered with Anzani 10 engines beginning in April 1918. FSX 1938 Waterman Arrowbile by Rarewings.com: Designed with FSDS3.5.1 and FSTweak. Has full working virtual cockpit with back-lite gauges. 2-D panels, custom sounds. Reflective metal and glass textures. Waterman, Figuring that most people couldn’t afford both an airplane and a car, and believing that the car was a necessity of modern life, Waterman set out to build a car that could be turned into an airplane. The result was the “Arrowbile,” a small plane with wings that could be detached in a few minutes. Much of the vehicle was made with standard car parts, and in fact a normal Studebaker engine powered the wheels (when in car mode) and the propeller (when in airplane mode).
