FSX/FSX-SE/P3D (incl v4) Douglas C-47R (DC-3) Skytrain V3.14 Beta.
With this package you have downloaded the probably long awaited update for our Douglas C-47R Skytrain V3.12 Beta edition. The main culprit of the delay happened to be the dreaded FSX bug that prevents ambient 'VCLighting' to be used with VC's that use bump-mapped textures. A lot of unforeseen new texture work was therefore at hand. Anyway, as you will soon see when you take your Skytrain/Dakota/Gooney Bird up for a first night flight, we've made it, bump- mapped textures are still there in the VVC (Vintage Virtual Cockpit) along with ambient 'VC lighting' at dusk/night/dawn. 1 - 0 for us. Models by Manfred Jahn & talented team.

Using a faster Bell Jet Ranger Helicopter,
make a brief tour of mostly the temples in the Japanese cities of Nara, Kyoto and Osaka.
The helicopter used seems to be only available from Flightsim.
It is much faster than the FSX supplied version.
You likely will want to keep your FSX scenery slider fairly high.

FSX/P3D Boeing 747-400 ANA Pokemon 'Jet '98' Package. All Nippon Airways (ANA) operated the Boeing 747-400 between 1991 and 2011. Several aircraft were decorated with various Pokemon themes on the body and interior.
Project Opensky Boeing 747-400 assembled and upgraded for FSX with the developed B747 VC (virtual 3d cockpit) from Alejandro Rojas Lucenda (Manual included). This is the Project Opensky FSX native Boeing 747-400 model, and includes ground cargo servicing, stairs (FSX - Go to Views - Instrument Panel -Posky Utility), fixed jetways and more.
Included CF engine sounds from BrandonG, with realistic jet whine to make your flight sound great.
Thank you to Project Opensky for their contributions to the worldwide community of flight simulation. I have added the realistic textures by thepilotchef.
Also includes the Boeing 747 VC textures upgrade. This give a much clearer 747 interior virtual cockpit look. Zip preview for larger pictures.
Assembled and edited for FSX by Chris Evans.

The airfield was opened in 1941 for use by the Royal Air Force (RAF) but by 1942 the aerodrome had been taken over by the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) for training as part of No. 6 Group RCAF.
The station is now more famously known as the site of Croft Circuit, a motor racing circuit which hosts various car championships including the British Touring Car Championship.

NpCmoveAircraft is a Lua script in the Numberpad Control family of FSX scripts that can be used to move an aircraft to a new position. Each step includes prompts for the required input and format. User inputs include the DISTANCE to move (NMs), the DIRECTION to move (degrees magnetic), the desired aircraft ALTITUDE (ft), the desired aircraft HEADING (degrees magnetic), and the desired aircraft IAS (Kts) along with the LANDING GEAR POSITION -- up (u), down (d) or fixed (f). Or for any of the five inputs the user can simply enter a carriage return (Enter key) to signify NO CHANGE for that particular entry.
Prior to the move the aircraft can be on the ground or in the air. So, for example, NpCmoveAircraft can be used to simply turn an a/c around, to move it to the other end of a runway, to re-position it for another approach after landing, to jump ahead in cruise, to catch up to another a/c, etc. NpCmoveAircraft works with default FSX aircraft and many add-on aircraft that adhere to the standard FSUIPC offsets.
A registered copy of FSUIPC is required to execute the NpCmoveAircraft Lua script. Simply copy the script to the Modules folder of FSX and assign a ‘hot key’, button or switch to activate the script.

This is yet another plane that was operated by the South African Air Force for which I never could locate an appropriate one, so I fixed the problem by creating this texture, because the original package make mention that it was also used by the SAAF, though the package doesn't contain a texture set for a SAAF one...Enjoy. This texture came about due to the fact that I've built the 48th scale Tamiya kit of this plane many years back when I was still a youngster. I remember being very fond of that model, because of its sheer size. Revised textures by A. Ludick.

This is yet another plane that was absent from the available ones for FSX. Extensive tweaking was done to the aircraft.cfg to bring this about. The original one did not do justice to the whole idea as far as trying to fly it in FSX. It was very sluggish and required much tweaking in many areas, now it flies much better....Enjoy.
