Conceived in 1937 as a contemporary of the Hawker Typhoon, the design of the Focke-Wulf 190 was one of the major german successes in aerial combat against the allies during World War II. No in-flight photographs of this historic aircraft exist, so this model was designed specifically to imagine how it may have looked in flight. FS2004/2002 Classic Ryan STA Package. The Ryan STA enjoyed much favor as a sport and stunt plane in the 1930s and was also used as a military trainer. It was a low-wing monoplane of mixed construction; a metal fuselage, wooden wing spars with fabric covering and external wire bracing. the STA has two tandem open cockpits. It was manufactured by the Ryan Aeronautical Company,San Diego, California.Examples of this aircraft are still flying today and are a popular classic aircraft because they are fast and very sleek looking!
