Comet 4 Malaysian Airways Textures only. Malaysian used
Comets quite extensively using leased aircraft from BOAC and
then buying the first five aircraft in the BOAC fleet. This
one started out as G-APDD being delivered to the Corporation
in November 1958. Acquired my Malaysian as 9M-AOD in November
1965 it was transferred to Malaysian Singapore Airlines as of
December 30 1966. Service with the new almalgamated carrier
lasted until November 1969 when in was sold to Dan Air and reverted
to G-APDD. After spending some time on lease to East African
Airlines as 5Y-AMT is was withdrawn after making it's last Dan
Air flight in August 1972. It was broken up at Lasham in March
of the following year. Requires the DH 106 Comet 4 model by

Comet 4 Malaysia-Singapore Airlines Textures only. Delivered
to BOAC in May 1957 as G-APDA, this was the first Comet 4 to
be built. In November 1965 it became 9M-AOA with Malasian Airways
until that airline's almalgamation with Singapore Airways on
30 December 1966. With a modified Malaysian livery and with
new MSA titles it was placed on the Singapore register as 9V-BAS.
In Nov 1969 it was sold to Dan Air for spares and adopting G-APDA
once more flew to Lasham for storage. It was scrapped in September
1972.Requires the DH 106 Comet 4 model by David Maltby here:

Comet 4 MSA/Malaysian Textures only. 9V-SAU is shown here
in a strange mix of liveries. It is wearing the later MSA livery
and has been re-registered in Singapore but has the former Malaysian
titles. This aircraft started out as G-APDE with BOAC before
sale to Malaysian in October 1965 as 9M-AOE. After serving with
MSA as 9V-BAU it was sold to Dan Air as G-APDE and after lease
as 5Y-ALF with East African Airways and further use by Dan Air,

Comet 4C EgyptAir (UAA livery) Textures only. Formerly Misrair
and latterly United Arab Airlines, Egyptair took up its present
title in 1971 although the transitional livery was still that
worn by Misrair at the beginning of Comet operations. SU-ALL
was delivered to UAA in June 1961 and served with them and Egyptair

Comet 4C United Arab Airlines Textures only. Misrair was
renamed United Arab Airlines in December 1960 due to a planned
almagamation of Egypt and Syria. The renamed airline was to
reflect the fact it was to be the national airline of both coutries.
The collapse of the plans meant the countries retained their
own airlines. The UAA name was kept until 1971 when it was re-named
Egyptair. This aircraft lasted from delivery to Misrair in June
1960 until 02 January 1971 when it crashed near Tripoli.Requires
