FSX Chitina Airport (CXC), Alaska scenery. The airport is a bush strip so larger aircraft may have some trouble getting in. There is a hanger, FBO, loading/unloading area, static aircraft, a helicopter pad, and a float plane dock off the northern end of the runway. FS2004/FSX Sierra Nevada Part 2; Kings Canyon Northeast, California (CA). This is the second package of the Sierra Nevada project. It extends the first package seamlessly to the north and provides another 3500 sq km of High Sierra bringing it to a total of 7000 sq km. It covers the northeastern part of Kings Canyon National Park, Owens Valley and the Inyo National Forest. FSX Fokker Dr1 Triplane"The Red Baron". On April 21, 1918 at 10:45 am, Manfred von Richthofen ("The Red Baron") was killed by a single .303 calibre bullet through the heart. FSX/FS2004 Boeing PW-9 early fighter biplane. This plane is meant for FSX but is perfectly flyable in FS2004. The PW-9 was much inspired by the Fokker D-VII. The fuselage was of welded steel tubing construction put together by arc-welding (a Boeing-developed technique). The aircraft was a single-bay biplane with tapered wings . The lower wing was shorter and narrower than the upper wing. The wings were of traditional wooden frame construction with fabric covering. FSX/FS2004/2/CFS2 WW 1 Pfalz D XII. The Pfalz D.XII was the successor to the Pfalz D.IIIa series fighter and entered service late in the summer of 1918. It was a sturdy and well designed fighter that nearly rivaled the famed Fokker D.VII in performance. It could outclimb, outdive and outspeed the Fokker D.VII, but it was less agile.
