To magnificent original textures, I have removed the shadow under the fuselage, and I softened the rest of the exterior textures. FSX/FS2004 Vought Corsair F4U-1 "Birdcage"
The F4U-1 "Birdcage" Corsair was the first in a long line of successful derivatives of the
Corsair used in front-line service .
Early Corsairs displayed undesirable landing characteristics including the port wing dropping
at landing speeds and a tendency to bounce after landing. Ironically, these problems meant
that the US Navy initially considered the Corsair unsuitable for Carrier Operations. Early
Corsairs were therefore issued to the Marine Corps for land based use. Most of these
operations took place on the Solomon Islands. Guadalcanal was the first place for the
birdcage canopied Corsairs to see action. GMAX mdl by A.F.Scrub

The airport is mainly used to fly tourists and game hunters into Lungwa National Park in Zambia.
Domestic and private planes land at Mfuwe.
The scenery is a photorealistic scenery for FSX only!
My scenerie is based on Bashir Ismail's Mfuwe scenerie which is quite a detailed one. Many thanks to Bashir!
I only made a few adjustements of the runway, taxiways and elevation useing real AIP documents. I also added a photorealistic ground texture.

Each soviet citizen could take a vacation for 22 and more working days. Some groups like the military, doctors, etc would take one for 30 or 40 days. People would go to the sanatorium in their region, they could go to Crimea, to the Caucasus, Bulgaria and sometimes to other Eastern Countries of Europe - A boom place was SOCHI. To the Russians the equivalent of the Mediterranean Coast with palm trees, hotels, large beaches, hot weather, Vodka and women. You can join the IL-14 crew and take a batch of comarades to this sunny paradise spend the night there and return to Moscow tomorrow...Stalin was here once, never came back again.
