FS2004/FSX
Northrop F-5A "Freedom Fighter" Package.
One of the most successful fighters in the modern era was the
small, simple, high performance F-5 series. Reversing the trend
of ever more larger, expensive, and complex combat aircraft,
the little F-5 found favor in many of the world's air arms.
With high performance, agility, and small size, a well flown
F-5 can still hold it's own against the latest fighters. This
FS2004 release includes three model types, five schemes, full
VC's and "alpha-matic" underwing stores texturing.
Will most likely work in FSX. Tim Conrad. 12.6MB

FS2004/FSX
Dassault Mirage G8 Package version 2.
This is an updated version of my Mirage G8, including 5 versions
(single pilot or two seats) + a new 2D panel. The Dassault Mirage
G8 was a twin engine fighter with variable sweep wings ("swing
wings"), a very singular design for a Dassault aircraft.
The Mirage G8 flew for the first time on May 8th, 1971, and
demonstrated immediately an impressive level of performance,
reaching Mach 2.04 during its 3rd flight ... The G8 was one
of the guest stars during Paris Air Show in 1971. Unfortunately,
only two prototypes were built - both included in this package
- before the decision was taken to stop the program ... The
model is proposed in five versions, has full moving parts and
a new custom 2D panel compatible with FS2004 and FSX. No VC.

F-100D Super Sabre Dark Saber.
Developed as a follow-on to the F-86 Sabre used in the Korean
Conflict, the F-100 was the world's first production airplane
capable of flying faster than the speed of sound in level flight
(760 mph).\nOf the 2,294 F-100's built before production ended
in 1959, 1,274 were -D's, more than all the other series combined.\nIts
features included the first autopilot designed for a supersonic
jet and a low-altitude bombing system. By Kazunori Ito. Adapted

FSX
F-100F Super Saber USAF 63948.
F-100F was essentially an F-100D stretched for two crewmembers.
\nThe USAF needed a supersonic trainer and North American Aviation
converted an F-100C (S/N 54-1966) at its own expense for evaluation.\nThe
F-100F, which first flew on 7 March 1957, retained the air-superiority
and fighter-bomber capabilities of the F-100D although armament
loads were reduced. A total of 339 F-100Fs were built. No VC.

F-86 Sabre.
There are 22 different models included. There's a detailed
and realistic looking virtual cockpit for a great flying experience
(Sorry no working gauges though). I've also created a 2D panel
with a combination of default and slightly modified default
gauges. Enjoy! Original FS2004 GMax model byKirk Olsson (Original
package sabrejet.zip here
- not required but may work fine in FSX & does have gauges!).

Update:
Panel Fix. This is an update for FSX of a panel that came
with this F-86 Sabre. Any of the sabres I have from FS9 don't
show up, or have visual flaws, like no canopy glass; so I
cannot supply a plane with this panel. It can be used with
any single engine jet that does not have a panel that works
in FSX. Bob Chicolo. 974K
