Alpha Sim's Freeware A-3B Sky warrior For Flight Simulator X. The Douglas A-3 Skywarrior was designed as a strategic bomber for the United States Navy and was among the longest serving carrier-based aircraft in history. It entered service in the mid-1950s and was retired in 1991. This model depicts the A-3 Sky Warrior on display on the deck of the USS Yorktown in Charleston SC. FSX pilotable battleship BB-39 USS Arizona from Chris Herring/TopFlightSimulation. His FS-modell is accuratly detailed and provides a complete and detailed virtual navigation bridge. The FSX-upgrade provides FSX camera definitions with sixteen decks views, three external views and three VC-views which allows you to explore the huge ship: Stare at the 16 inch guns, look to the medium casemat guns and visit the catapults with the Kingfisher float planes. The Sikorsky VS-44 NC41881 (c/n 4403) 'Excambian' was the second of three VS-44s produced by Sikorsky. Construction of the three planes occurred from 1940 to 1942. The VS-44 was the last fixed-wing plane built by Sikorsky. It held the speed record for crossing the Atlantic by flying boats, in both directions. This FSX package is a compilation of all the four great VS-44s George Diemer designed and built for FS2004. The VS-44 will work in both FS2004 and FSX, as all the gauges George Diemer used are compatible in both FSX and FS2004. There are four textures and two different models with slightly different VC and 2D panels, all of them reworked and enhanced. In addition, smoke effect has been added to the aircraft as well.
