FS9/FSX Alaska Airlines textures only for Greg Pepper/Tom Gibson DC-6A. These textures depict N11817 in 1959. This aircraft was damaged in an oxygen fire while serving with the U.S.A.F. It was repaired by Slick Airways and sold to Alaska. Crashed at Elmendorf AFB in 1960. Requires DC-6 by

FS2004/FSX Yakovlev 52 TW The Yakovlev Yak-52TW aerobatic aircraft is a two-seat all-metal low-wing monoplane with cleaner retractable main wheels and exposed tail wheel.The Yak-52 had exceptionally fine handling characteristics enhanced by a relatively high power to weight ratio. It was used as a military trainer by several countries in many different versions. Production has been restarted in Rumania with this modernized, tailwheel version. Source included. FSX Viking DHC6-400 Twin Otter. The worldwide demand for refurbished Twin Otters is such that Viking Air have commenced manufacture of new aircraft in their plant in Calgary, Canada, using original de Havilland jigs and tools. The new manufacture -400 model is externally identical to the -300 but has a Honeywell "glass cockpit" avionics suite. We could not source freeware Honeywell gauges so we have used Garmin avionics in this model. The launch customer is Zimex Aviation of Switzerland and first delivery is expected in September 2009.
