FS2004 Vought SBU-1. The SBU-1 was one of many Vought aircraft to be named "Corsair". It was one of the last fixed gear scout bombers to used by the Navy. This FSDSv3 project has the usual animations, sliding canopy, operating tail hook, landing and nav lights. The 2D panel and VC are based on a photo. The VC has operating gauges and animated flight controls. The paint job is for the 1st section leader of VS-3 assigned to the USS Saratoga. (See Sarav3.zip) The 2D panel has the catapult and arrestor gauge from rcbco-20.zip installed for carrier ops. (rcbco-20.zip is not included) By Paul Clawson. 665K

FS2004 Avro Lancastrian Alitalia Textures only. I-AHBY A close derivative of the war-time Lancaster bomber, the Lancastrian was fitted with streamlined nose and tail cones. Lancastrians were used as long-range freighters, VIP transports, and as fast long-range airliners. These aircraft, purchased by 'Alitalia' during 1947, operated as passenger liners in the first postwar long range flights until they were replaced with DC-4s in 1951. Textures set only in 'Alitalia' I-AHBY (nickname 'Libeccio') livery for the new Manfred Jahn / Paul Edwards's FS2004 Avro Lancastrian base file. Installation instructions are included. When the US entered the war in April 1917, the Aviation Section of the Signal Corps only had 132 aircraft, and all were obsolete. Colonel R. C. Bolling was commissioned to study current Allied aircraft designs being used at the front and to arrange for their manufacture in America. FS2004 C.R.D.A. Cant.Z.506A / C Ala Littoria. Developed from a design of Ing. Zappata, the first prototype of this entirely wooden construction seaplane, flown by test pilot Stoppani, did its maiden flight, powered by three American made Wright Cyclone, in August 1936 and gained immediately eight world records in speed and two in altitude in the seaplane category. Successive versions, powered by three Alfa Romeo 126 RC10 (later RC34), gained another 16 world records. These airplanes (A or C) were intended for commercial transport of 12/14 passengers, 25 of them were employed by 'Ala Littoria' Company on Mediterranean routes, the Royal Italian Air Force bought another 13 similar aircraft. During WWII all the civilian aircraft, aquired by Regia Aeronautica (Royal Italian Air Force), were used in communication and SAR roles. Complete aircraft. 3 Different Hi-Res GMax models (3 different versions), features the usual moving parts, such as all flight controls, props pitch and navlights; Six different liveries (for A and C versions); 2D panel only (NO VC).
