This is a repaint of the 747-121 in Air Zaire colors. The payware 747-200 HD by Commercial Level Simulations - CLS is needed for this repaint. This repaint was tested FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3. Textures are 32bit DDS. Air Congo was renamed Air Zaire, after the Democratic Republic of the Congo changed its name to Zaire in 1971. At the time, the fleet included 2 Douglas DC-8-33s, 8 Fokker F.27-600s, 2 SudEst SE-210 Caravelle IIIs, 6 DC-4s, and 4 DC-3s. In 1972, the carrier put in orders for 3 737-200s, and 2 DC-10-30s, the first of which arrived in February 1973. In October 1973 Air Zaire leased a 747-121 from Pan Am. Air Zaire began services from Kinshasa to Brussels, Geneva, and Rome just a month later, in November. By year’s end, Air Zaire was one of the largest carriers in Africa.

This is a repaint of a 737-298C in Air Zaire colors. The freeware Erick Cantu/Vistaliners 737-200 is needed for this repaint. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should also work on FSX & P3D v1-3. Textures are 32bit DDS for better image quality. BMP DXT3 textures are also included for FS9 users.Air Zaire operated a total of 7 737-200s. This particular aircraft was purchased new in 1973. It flew for the airline until 1995 when it crashed on landing in bad weather, no fatalities.

Pan American-Grace Airways, also known as Panagra was an airline formed as a joint venture between Pan American World Airways and Grace Shipping Company.In 1939, a passenger traveling from the U.S. to Buenos Aires would board a Pan Am Sikorsky S-42 flying boat at Miami and fly to Colon, Panama in the Canal Zone, stay overnight and then board a Panagra Douglas DC-2 or DC-3 and fly to Buenos Aires with overnight stops in Guayaquil, Arica and Santiago. Panagra used Douglas DC · 3 but the model used here is the C47 (sorry). This package allows simmers to fly any of Manfred Jahn's V3 C-47s from a modern. FSX/FS2004/Acceleration/P3dV3 German prewar biplane Arado-95. That floatplane was supposed as coastal patrol, reconnaissance and light attack fighter. The first prototype, an all-metal biplane, was powered by a BMW 132 radial engine, flew in 1936.
