This is a repaint texture for the excellent Ilyushin IL-14 by W. Beckert. You need the original model (10639_IL-14P.zip) to see the result. MALEV is the flag carrier of Hungary and around 1957 the company's Li-2 aircraft (Russian built DC-3) were exchanged for the larger more powerfull Ilyushin IL-14. They served the Hungarian carrier from 1957 to 1969. The IL-14 was also license built by VEB Flugzeugwerke Dresden in East-Germany and in Czechoslovakia by Avia. HA-MAD was a Dresden-built IL-14P. This is a repaint texture for the excellent Ilyushin IL-14 by W. Beckert. You need the original model (10639_IL-14P.zip) to see the result. The Ilyushin IL-14 was the improved successor to the earlier IL-12 which was originally develloped as a replacement of the Lisunov Li-2 (Russian built DC-3). For many years AEROFLOT, recovering from the devastation of war, operated large fleets of Li-2's, IL-12s and IL-14's. Even in the late1980's the sturdy IL-14 could still be seen operating from remote airfields and small domestic airports. Base package below.

Have you ever watched the 2004 film "Flight Of The Phoenix" ? - Have you ever wondered what happened to the C119 used in that film ? - Here it is. All you gotta do is fly it ! This particular model has had its specifications revised: * Four new, more powerful, engines -- 100% higher power output * Engine compression ratio increased to a staggering 14:1 from original 8:1 and that in real terms means.... more compression = more power output = higher altitudes)

FS9 Lockheed EC-121R / EC-121K (no radomes) Super Constellation Although using different designations these two versions externally resemble the civil Super H Constellation and are covered by one FS model in this package. EC-121Rs were camouflaged and used in the Vietnam war, and EC-121Ks were assigned to the Oceanographic Air Survey Unit (OASU). Both types were retired and broken up in 1972.
