The Commodore first flew in 1930 and several were procured by Pan American Airways for use on the U.S. East coast to the Caribbean runs. This is a native FSX Acceleration project. It has the usual animations, .dds textures, and a muted specular shine. The VC is based on a very early PBY Catalina and has working gauges and animated flight controls. There is no 2D panel. Polikarpov I-152
Polikarpov I-152
4.94Mb (2130 downloads)
FS2004/FSX Polikarpov I-152 The I-152 represented an extensive modification of the earlier I-15. The distinctive "gull" shape of the upper wing was replaced with a more traditional "straight" wing. The nine cylinder M25 radial engine of 775 horsepower was enclosed in a long chord cowling. The cantilever single strut undercarriage was retained, and some machines were fitted with wheel spats. FSX/FS2004 Arsenal VG 39
FSX/FS2004 Arsenal VG 39
14.88Mb (8093 downloads)
FS2004 / FSX (SP2 / Acceleration compatible) Arsenal VG39, complete package, with full moving parts, animations, custom panel and a full virtual cockpit. The Arsenal VG39 was a French fighter which made its first flight exactly 70 years ago, in May 1940, unfortunately too late to change the flow of the events... In the family of the Arsenal aircraft (VG33 to VG39), the VG39 was the last version to be flown before France collapsed. It matched in speed and manoeuvrability with the Messerschmitt Bf 109 and was faster than the Dewoitine D.520. In the hands of good pilots, this plane could have shown the Luftwaffe a rough time... But there was no time left for its industrial production... The model has full moving parts and animations (control surfaces, gear, flaps, opening canopy, opening nose with visible engine, landing light, ...), an original custom 2D panel and a full animated VC. FSX Native Royal Aircraft Factory S.E.5
29.98Mb (5926 downloads)
ALPHA_SE5a_FSX.zip. The Royal Aircraft Factory S.E.5 was a British biplane fighter aircraft of the First World War. Although the first examples reached the Western Front before the Sopwith Camel and it had a much better overall performance, problems with its Hispano-Suiza engine meant that there was a chronic shortage of S.E.5s until well into 1918 and fewer squadrons were equipped with the type than with the Sopwith fighter. Doing some Spring cleaning at Alphasim. Removing a few titles from the catalog to make them available as freeware releases. Here is our Royal Aircraft Factory SE.5a for FS9. 1 model, 4 textures. Includes panel and gauges.

1.89Mb (3577 downloads)
FSX/FS2004 Macchi C.200 Saetta (also variously identified as the MC.200) (Italian: Lightning) was a World War II fighter aircraft built by Aeronautica Macchi in Italy, and used in various forms throughout the Regia Aeronautica (Italian Air Force). The C.200 was operational in Greece, North Africa, Yugoslavia, Mediterranean and Russia (where it obtained the rate of 88 kills for 15 losses). This model features reflective metallic skin and full animations and reproduces a real aircraft displayed at the Vigna di Valle aeronautical Museum, Roma. The panel background and aircraft livery are based on photographic material found in the net. Included in this model there is also a Virtual Cockpit, with working essential flight instruments and animated flight controls, plus camera views (FSX only).

FS2004/FSX BREDA Ba.65 / A.80 Package
FS2004/FSX BREDA Ba.65 / A.80 Package
28.76Mb (8104 downloads)
The Breda 65 pioneered and developed the doctrine which would soon be known as 'blitzkrieg'. The Breda 65 flew combat missions over Spain with the 'Aviazione Legionaria' from August 1937. The faster Ba.65 A.80 (Series II), with new engine, more powerful supercharger, a constant speed airscrew and a slatted wing made its combat debut in Spain during October 1938. By September 1939 the Ba.65 A.80 was judged inadequate for prospective trans Alpine combat against France and surviving Regia Aeronautica Ba.65s were quickly relegated to Libya, where they were mostly squandered providing close air support for the Italian Army between June 1940 and January 1941. The final Ba.65 combat missions were flown by the mutinous Iraqi Air Force in support of the French and German funded Islamic insurgency of April/May 1941. Complete aircraft, features the usual moving parts, such as all flight controls. Five different liveries ("Regia Aeronautica"/Spanish"Aviazione Legionaria"). VC only. GMax Models and Skins by Manuele Villa, Flight dynamics, Handling notes and Tutorials by FSAviator, Sounds by Tim Dement. It works also (Tested) in FSX (NOT Acceleration). By Manuele Villa/MVG3D, April 2010.
