This repaint represents the original "The Galloping Ghost" as flown by S.C. Beville and B.E. Raymond during the resurrected Cleveland National Championship Air Races in the late 1940s. This same aircraft was later flown as Miss Candace (see my other skin pack) and in turn Jeanie, Spectre, Leeward Air Ranch Special, and finally back as the super modified plane of the same name that tragically took the life of Jimmy Leeward.
