This is an update for FSX of the Alphasim EF2000 Typhoon. I have fixed the smoke position, and changed the gauges where necessary on the 2D and 3D panels so the panel would work in FSX. I am running FSX with both service packs, no Acceleration. So far most aircraft I have brought into this FSX from FS9 works the same as it did in FS9. The only exceptions being the gauges that don't work in FSX, possible model file problems, and the smoke position needing changing because of FS9 having the co-ordinates mixed up. This is the whole aircraft.

FS2004 Armstrong Whitworth Ensign Package. This is an all-new model of the AW.27 Ensign, a large medium-range airliner built for Imperial Airways (later BOAC) in the late 1930's. Because of the outbreak of WW2, only 12 Ensigns were built, and they mostly served as transports in support of the RAF. The package contains the MK.I and the MK.II in three different colour schemes. Update to fix some problems with the previous Thai A330-200 texture (above). Fixes the black color on the engines the logo on the engines are in the right direction and also fixes the blur on the textures (now they are very clear)

FS2004/FSX Polikarpov I-153V2 Warbird bipe The ultimate development of the Polikarpov fighter biplane was the powerful I-153 Chaika, with retractable landing gear, either wheels or skis folding to the rear. Coming on line in 1938 some thousands served in the Far East, Finland and on the Eastern Front. The I-153 was an anachronism, entering service at the time when the biplane had long since been eclipsed by the monoplane fighter. This is an updated model of the I-153 with more realistic cowling and working frontplate inlets. Finish, Russian and Spanish textures by Morton. GMAX model by A.F.Scrub.

Airbus A330-200 Thai Airways textures only for Thomas Ruth's A330-200 package

This is a FSX adaptation of the FS9 D18S cargo plane by Milton Shupe, presented as a former Beech C-45H Expeditor in the livery of a "freighter dog" plane (registration # N6648R), used by the Blue Skys Inc, Gillette, WY. The package includes a new VC panel, generally authentic to former Expeditors, which still fly today. FSX adaptation -by Vladimir Gonchar (crazy Twin Beech addict)(see fix below)

FS9 Eastern Airlines SILVER FALCON textures only for Dee Waldron's Martin 404 model. Eastern purchased a fleet of 40 Martin 404's to replace Dc-3's for short routes in the early 1950s. N462A served with Eastern until purchased by Mohawk Airlines then traded to Ozark Airlines. These textures depict N462A about 1955.

"Tongass Remote Airfield"v2 (RATR) Alaskan bush flying scenery (Fictitious) This airstrip is for Flight Simulator 2004 and for the payware "Tongass Fjords" (FS9) addon by Holger Sandmann & Bill Womack; you must have "Tongass Fjords" (FS9) for this to work. Version 2 is a detailed, stand alone, remake of the first version, see PDF file. Field history and description: In the early days this area was well known to prospectors and hunters. A small mine was established and later abandoned. Around the late 40s a crew was contracted to clear a small landing area to gain easier access for hunters and campers. Due to the extreme remoteness of this area that clearing took several years. The last phase was the approach, clearing by hand a descending glide slope through just the tops of the tall trees. There is now just enough room for a very experienced pilot to get in and out of this field. The airfield is 26 miles north of Petersburg Alaska (PAPG). This is a tricky narrow approach with a left hand dogleg and then an immediate right hand dogleg turn just before the final approach. Not much time to set up your approach; also, it's a very short runway. For experienced pilots only, and make sure that your life insurance is up to date. Good luck. By Jay Langham
