Republic Airlines was formed on July 1 1979 through the merger of Southern Airlines and North Central Airlines, both major regional carriers. In 1980 Republic absorbed Hughes Airwest, also a major regional carrier. By 1984 republic was the 5th largest airline in the USA (and 7th largest in the world) with over 1,300 daily flights. They mainly flew to points in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and the Cayman Islands. Northwest Airlines was unhappy with the upstart competitor, and in January 1986 made a huge $884 million bid for Republic. Stephen Wolf, Republic's president & CEO, accepted the Northwest offer. Thus ended Republic's short life. Textures are 32 bit. This repaint is in Republic's mid 80s "Mary Tyler Moore" scheme. It was tested on P3D v3, and should work on FSX & FSX-SE. Also ok on P3Dv4

FSX/P3D > v4 Boeing 737-800 Transavia France package with enhanced VC. Transavia is a Dutch low cost airline and a subsidiary of KLM, which also makes it part of the Air France-KLM. Transavia France is the French branch of Transavia and as of April 2018 operate 32 Boeing 737-800. Native FSX model by TDS/ Tenkuu Developers Studio with advanced 737-800 VC added. Includes utility for ground services, Passenger bus, cargo, stairs, refuelling truck etc (find it under - Views - Instrument panel - Util) The wonderful Boeing 737-800 from TDS will be enjoyed by many more people who do not know how to install a VC into a FSX native model. The VC is the Alejandro Rojas Lucena/FSND fantastic revised Boeing 737-800 VC model. This VC model includes Working wipers (right mouse click on switch) with rain effect. Switches for LCD Screens, EICAS, PFD, MFT. Autobrake switch. Opening pilots window. Cabin Lights switch. Realistic FMC. Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS), More Realistic night VC textures. There are custom Boeing 737 sounds included for that extra realism. I have added the great photo real textures by Torsten Maertke. VC added and aircraft.cfg edited to allow correct VC views, jetways, wheel levels and wing views. See VC docs to get the best out of the VC and FMC. This is a collection of about 107 of Mike Stone's aircraft that I've collected & posted for posterity. Mike's planes were basic but very flyable & a lot of fun. 107 aircraft included - covering about all types from jetliners, military and props.

The Lockheed L-188 Electra was an American 4 engine turboprop aircraft produced between 1957 and 1961. Comprehensive and detailed FSX native model by Team KBT. Includes VC and passenger cabin.
