FS2004/FSX Yak-3
Lighter and smaller than the Yak-9 but powered by the same engine, the Yak-3 was a forgiving, easy-to-handle aircraft loved by both novice and experienced pilots and ground crew as well. It was robust, easy to maintain, and a highly successful dog-fighter. It was used mostly as a tactical fighter, flying low over battlefields and engaging in dogfights below 4 km (13,000 ft). Tested in FS2004/FSX/FSXacceleration. GMAX mdl by A.F.Scrub.

(Category: FS Sounds > Flight Simulator Sounds)
3.84Mb (546 downloads)
A couple of improved RPM sounds for Elmo's Wildcat P&W 1830 soundset. There were reports of some clicking in lower throttle settings so I have edited the offending WAV files. After downloading Simply drag and drop the four files contained in the zip file here into your aircraft sound folder and click 'overwrite' when asked. (Always make a backup of your original first)Now hopefully you'll get a smoother ride into the wide blue yonder. Enjoy, Elmo
