USMC T-33B Package
(Category: FSX > Military)
37.95Mb (12956 downloads)
USMC T-33B for FSX . This is a rework of Tim Conrad's T-33A for FSX. Includes new airfile, new cfg and new sounds. The main texture bitmap for the outside has been resized. The USN/USMC operated the T-33 until 1976. The original designation for the USN T-33's was the TO-2, and then changed to TV-2 and in 1962 changed again to T-33B. I've done four variants, a TO-2 assigned to VMIT-20 (Marine Instrument Training Squadron), MCAS El Toro in 1952. The second variant is a TV-2 assigned to HMS-33 (Headquarters and Maintenance Squadron) MCAS El Toro in 1958. The third is a T-33B assigned to VMF-321 in 1964. And the final version is a T-33B assigned to the MARTD (Marine Aviation Reserve Training Detachment) at NAS Andrews in 1976. This last one is painted to represent the last T-33 used by the USMC. MARTD Andrews retired their last one in early 1976. I've swapped a few out with the default Cessna gauges. Please allow all gauges. Tested in FSX SP2 Acceleration. By John Detrick

Heinkel He-111Z Zwilling.
(Category: FS2004 > Vintage)
15.43Mb (6502 downloads)
FS2002/FS2004 Heinkel He-111Z Zwilling.
This was the most unusual variant of the aircraft ever developed.
It was built to tow the massive Me 321 Gigant glider, which weighted in at 75,000lbs when full. Heinkelfs solution to this problem was to take two He 111H-6s, place them side by side and then connect them with a new central wing section.
A fifth engine was placed at the centre of the new central wing, producing a five engined aircraft with two full fuselages, with the seven man crew split between the two sides.
Two kind of paint examples(Green camouflage and Sand paint for desert) are included.
Single fuselage H6-Type model is also included in this package.

YP-80s Over Europe
(Category: CFS2 > Post WW2 Aircraft)
0.44Mb (583 downloads)
The download contains two sets of skins by Bob McGee for the TR_F-80C (CFS2 - New Files, page 21). These are the textures worn by the two YP-80A Shooting Stars (Tail Nos 028 & 029) sent to Italy for ops testing in Dec of 1944.
The two aircraft were flown by both test pilots and military pilots on test and operational sorties, and maintained by civilian techicians from Lockeed. They were jokingly referred to as the 33rd Air Force, a two-plane unit. Officially they never made contact with the enemy.
Folders A and B contain the unique fuselage texture for each aircraft and the common wing textures. All other original textures for the TR_F-80C remain unchanged.

WWII Skin for TR_F-80C
(Category: CFS2 > Post WW2 Aircraft)
0.23Mb (685 downloads)
This is a new skin by Bob McGee (Bub) for the updated TR_F-80C (page 21, CFS2 New Files, SimViation. This aircraft was one of four F-80s sent to Europe in late 1944 for operational testing. Two went to England and two to Italy. PN155 was stationed in Italy. The aircraft was not bare metal, but a light or pearl gray. If you want to do some fantasy missions in 1945 over Europe, this is the skin to use, Enjoy.
