Ixiamas Airport (ICAO: SLIX) is a public use airport located near Ixiamas, La Paz, Bolivia.
The airport resides at an elevation of 725 ft (221 m) above mean sea level. It has one runway designated 18/36 with an asphalt surface measuring 7,874 by 98 ft (2,400 m by 30 m). This new airport is recently
operational since may,2015.Ixiamas Municipality is the first municipal section of the Abel Iturralde Province in the La Paz Department, Bolivia. The region is seat of Madidi Park, a natural reserve attractive to tourists in search of adventure.

This is the fixed FS9 FSpainter A350-900XWB AI model made flyable with permission of FS Painter. Cfg edits. Had to change the .Air file slighly. My apoligies. added the 2d A320 panel by. M Spada and Paintkit. (No VC) Model and repaints by FS Painter. Adapted to be flown in FS9 by Mees Jansen. Have fun!

It was manufactured in 1978 for Aerolineas Argentinas, then he went through TNT, Wien Air Alaska, Talia Airways, Ecuadorian and well ... endless areolineas that do not fit in this post, in December 1988 he finally returned to Aerolineas Arentinas. FSX native conversion of the full original Alphasim Skyknight with VC. All functions and animations correct in sense and direction, per original FS2004 release.
Conversion facilitated by a terrific set of freeware tools; Arno's MDLX with a breakthrough set of new XML definitions by Henk-BRAVO ZULU! Textures in
DDS DXT3 format with Martin Wright's DXTBMP, file structure in FSX format. Skullsweat and conversion by LLS. While the model comes in a bit heavier,
the frames are buttery, the glass is c'est bon. Note: The VC was modeled without interior glass at the factory, no cure for that.
While bump and spec textures cam be assigned to the model now via MDLX to take advantage of all those FSX goodies. Made possible with the kind support and encouragemant of Phil at Virtavia.
