She is released purely as a test purpose aircraft and is not an official AVA freeware aircraft upload. It wasn’t until we’d finished messing about and came to fly her that we realised what a beauty we’d unintentionally managed to create!! Plus, combined with her highly tuned and up rated Rolls-Royce Merlin, she's huge fun for aerobatics with massive thrust being generated by that huge prop – just the trick when you need plenty of power to get you out of a tight spot!! FS2004/FSX Messerschmitt Me 108 B-1 "Taifun". The Messerschmitt Me 108 (or Bf 108) Taifun was a single-engined sports and touring aircraft built by Bayerische Flugzeugwerke from 1934 on. It was Willy Messerschmitt's first all-metal airplane with retractable gear and some other - to this time very modern - supplies. This aircraft is part of the historical fleet of the german Lufthansa. It was build in 1940 and is shown on airshows around Europe. The model has animated parts and a fully funcional virtual cockpit. FS2004 ALPHA BLEU CIEL French Chance Vought F4U-7 Corsair package. The F4U-7 was the last Corsairs produced. The F4U-7 was produced exclusively for the French Navy at Vought's plant in Grand Prairie. A total of 94 planes were produced between 1952 and 1963. The F4U-7 was basically an updated version of the F4U-1B with AU-1's structure powered by a Pratt & Whitney R-2800-43. The F4U-7 has a maximum speed of 440 mph (382 knots). France has used the F4U-7 in Indochina, Suez and Algeria.
