This changed Craig Allen's (search Craig Allen) default repaints
to No VC to use various panels with internal views, without
the VC views being visible. Now you can change any or all default

and adds an entirely new flight dynamics engine (FDE) concept,
new sounds and a new 2D panel. Special features in v2.0 include
accurate steering, max speed, accelleration and braking; a gearbox
with manual and automatic switching mode; engine smoke and external
lights; fully controllable turret and barrel with sound; cannon
range calculation and fire switch, with firing/explosion sounds.
