FS2004 Douglas DC-3 'DC-3 Airways' classic and 1940's liveries Based on the default DC-3, these fictional works represent two official repaints for the virtual airline 'DC-3 Airways'. The classic livery continues the great tradition of the legendary FS2002 N1776 by Jan Visser, with certain refinements; offering a timeless livery that would look as appropriate on a 1950's DC-3 as it would today. This aircraft is named "The Charles Wood" in honor of the founder of 'DC-3 Airways'. The 1940's livery is designed to be typical of the simple, yet stylish liveries that adorned the bare metal fuselages of pre and post WW-II civilian aircraft, and is modelled on a civilian-built DC-3, with folding stair door. The package contains a small gauge that shows the crosshairs appearing on the PLAT display (Pilot Landing Aid Television) on aircraft carriers. The gauge requires Orion Lyau's new Multiplayer Nimitz mission, which has the PLAT camera view. The PLAT view from the mission combined with the gauge crosshairs creates a realistic PLAT display for watching landing aircraft in Microsoft Flight Simulator X. By Jivko Rusev

Pembroke C/n P66-0032 Line-nr: K66B-4011 Callsign: OT-ZAK of the Belgian Air Force. Repaint of Manfred Jahn's excellent Percival Hunting Pembroke Mk51. OT-ZAK is painted in the external livery as it flew in the 1960's. Slightly different from the other aircraft in it's squadron which were all white with a red cheatline, OT-ZAK was half white and half aluminium with a red cheatline.

This is an update for FSX acceleration of the YB-49 Flying Wing, version 2, by J. Higgs. I have updated the flight dynamics, changed the 2D panel background, and changed or added gauges to both the 2D and 3D panels. You need the original aircraft for this update to work. Bob Chicilo.
