FS2002/FS2004 Westland Whirlwind Mk.I. The British Whirlwind was a diminutive, twin-engine heavy fighter from the Westland Aircraft company. The Whirlwind was one of the fastest aircraft in the air when it flew in the late 1930s, and much more heavily armed than anything flying. Protracted development problems with its Rolls-Royce Peregrine engines delayed the entire project and only a relatively small number were built. During the Second World War only two RAF squadrons would be equipped with the Whirlwind, and despite successful use as a fighter-bomber, its service life was short. by Kazunori Ito. 4.6MB

These two repaints are a celebration of Christian Delblond's marvellous Caribbean scenery for Princess Juliana International, St. Maarten (TNCM) and the nearby island of St. Barthélémy (TFFJ). They are based on Marcel Kuhnt's wonderful representations of the Britten Norman Islander (here) , available in many variations for FS2002/FS2004 at www.m-r-software.de. Winair (Windward Island Airways International N.V.) and St. Barths Commuter operate ten minute shuttle flights between TNCM and TFFJ, in addition to regional flights to Anguilla, Nevis, Saba, Statia and St. Kitts and charter flights throughout the Caribbean. FSX/P3D McDonnell Douglas KC-10 RNLAF Royal Netherlands Air Force package. The RNLAF currently use 2 KC-10 for aerial refuelling and have a further 2 in storage. The McDonnell Douglas KC-10 Extender is an aerial refueling tanker aircraft – the military version of the three-engined DC-10 airliner - operated by the United States Air Force (USAF). The KC-10 was developed from the Advanced Tanker Cargo Aircraft Program. Model and VC by Thomas Ruth. Includes comprehensive VC with working wipers. I included the great textures by Harro Lippmann. The Messerschmitt Me 108 (or Bf 108) Taifun was a single-engined sports and touring aircraft built by Bayerische Flugzeugwerke starting 1934. It was Willy Messerschmitt's first all-metal airplane with retractable gear and some other -for those times- modern supplies. This aircraft is part of the historical fleet of the German Lufthansa. It was built in 1940 and has been shown on airshows around Europe. This is an FSX update of the FS2004 model by Guenter Kraemer. The Package includes five liveries and features an entirely reworked VC and matching 2D panel, both with mostly authentic German gauges. Smoke effect has been added as well. Thanks to Guenter Kraemer for this beautiful model. New VC and 2D panel as well as smoke effect by Michael Pook.
