FSX T45 Goshawk / T1 Hawk 100 Sqn Boneyard. This is a Repaint of David Brice & David Friswell T45 Goshawk / T1 Hawk For Microsoft Flight Simulator X.. The Paint Scheme is the BAE Hawk T.1A RAF .. No 100 Squadron formed at Hingham in Norfolk on 23 February 1917 The Squadron motto "Sarang tebuan jangan dijolok" is Malayan and translates as "Never stir up a hornet's nest". All Squadron Hawk aircraft are marked with the blue and gold checkers of the borough of Stamford either side of the fuselage roundel. These relate to a period in the 1950s and 60s when the Squadron was based at Wittering. The skull and crossbones emblem carried on the fin dates from 1917 when 100 Squadron was serving on the Western Front. This distinctive emblem has resulted in the Squadron becoming known unofficially as 'The Boneyard' Textures By Mark Rooks of RSDG.. This is the Project Opensky FSX native Boeing 747-8i GenX model, and includes ground cargo servicing, stairs (FSX - Go to Views - Instrument Panel -Posky Utility), opening nose section and more. Included CF engine sounds from BrandonG, with realistic jet whine to make your flight sound great. FS2004 Malaysia Airlines Boeing 737-8H6 in new 2012 corporate logo and small Oneworld logo. On 1 February 2013, MAS officially became a member of the Oneworld Alliance. This aircraft was displayed together with MAS A330-300 in Oneworld livery during the ceremony. Instead of having "Oneworld" livery, this aircraft has the new 2012 corporate logo, similar on A380. Back in 2004, Manuel Amorim ("McDope"), one of the original add-on providers for Orbiter, released a package for use with Orbiter 031217. This package was for simulations of the Apollo-Soyuz test program from July, 1975 and included launchers for both the Apollo (a basic Saturn 1B) and the Soyuz. These vehicles included launch auto-pilots and guidance algorithms from Richard Croy, and the animations and meshes were enhanced by Felipe Comparini. While better meshes and models are available today, these models provide excellent frame rates and are still useful for simulations of this past mission. I decided to update these models for use with Orbiter 2010 since the originals no longer work under the new Orbiter and I still enjoy flying historically accurate missions using actual state vectors that I have obtained. Additionally, these models will provide for alternate history simulations with the Shuttle Fleet V4.8. I have added the UMMu capability to the Apollo, Soyuz, and the docking modules and have created attachments for navigation / rendezvous and spot lights using historical documentation of the location of these lights. Using the state vectors, I have provided historically accurate launch scenarios and an on-orbit docked scenario for use. I corrected the guidance launch autopilot to allow a launch from Kennedy Space Center on July 15, 1975 (a launch that I actually was present at and watched!) I hope you enjoy these "legacy" add-ons from the past of Orbiter as well as the enhancements I have created for them.
