FS2004 Al Udeid Airforce Base (OTBH) AFCAD Al Udeid AB in Qatar is the most technologically advanced military base in the world and boasts the longest runway in the Persian Gulf region. It was built at the cost of more than a billion dollars and has since replaced Prince Sultan AB as the US nerve center in the region. Al Udeid is home of the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing which hosts several squadrons of aircraft from the US, UK, and Australia. Created using satellite photos and various other photos. FS2002/FS2004 Morane Saulnier MS.760 Paris. The MS.760 was a French Armee de l'Air (Air Force) trainer aircraft built by Morane-Saulnier. After World War II, France was in need of a Jet trainer. Defeated in the 1953 French Navyfs contest by the Fouga Magister, the MS.755 Fleuret was resurrected as the MS.760 Paris IR (designed by Rene Gauthier), a four-seat military high-speed communications aircraft and advanced trainer. It was used extensively by the French, Dutch and other European military between 1959 and 1997. In 1955, a short lived venture with Beech Aircraft to market the Paris as an Executive Business Jet in the US market was soon eclipsed by Learfs hot-rod Model 23. The major air hub for the Portland area and southwest Washington is the Portland International Airport, located next to the Columbia River in northeast Portland. All major air carriers serving the northwest connect here. Portland has three runways, the longest being 11,000 feet. Scenery requires Traffic Tools v2 and AFCAD v2.11.
