An exciting and realistic mission that happened in the Andes in 1972. Fly the Bell UH-1 of the Chilean med-evac in the spectacular and dangerous Andes mountain near the Chilean border, land near the wreck of the Uruguyan air force flight 571, and save the last 8 Christians Rugby Club survivor stranded for 73 days in the mountains. Beware of fog and high mountains in this area and keep a sharp eye! Good luck !
Version 2.00 corrected a little bug in rescue area landing trigger (not alligned correcly on the ground)

FSX 10 meter Mesh for Hawaii. The zip file contains mesh terrain files for the eight principal islands of Hawai'i. The data supplied by the USGS Seamless server was corrected to the necessary datum in use by FSX and any gaps interpolated using Global Mapper. The files were then resampled by the FSX SDKs. A FractionalBits setting of three was used, except for the island of Hawai'i where the elevations of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea were beyond a FB=3 setting parameter. So the island of Hawai'i was resampled with a FractionalBits setting of two. In common speak, the FractionalBits settings allows for a higher degree of processing between the data points, which helps to eliminate any "stair-stepping" effect. Lance Tucker. 34.8MB

The PZL An-28 is a polish version of an Antonov An-28 built under licence in PZL Mielec. More than 200 units of this turboprop have been constructed since mid 80's. Original model for X-Plane by Vadim Duplishev. Conversion, modification, animations, some liveries and xml coding by Intruder. Credits: Vadim Duplishev for the original model.
