Thai A330-200 Textures Fix

Update to fix some problems with the previous Thai A330-200 texture (above). Fixes the black color on the engines the logo on the engines are in the right direction and also fixes the blur on the textures (now they are very clear)

German VFR reporting points for GPS

vfr_gps_ger for FS9/FS2004 is a small .bgl file that adds VFR reporting points for all german airports (Pflichtmeldepunkte), you can use them as GPS waypoints, i.e. VFR reporting point November2 for Hamburg (EDDH) is named as DHVN2. By Reinhold Heise (2009). File size - 8K

Welcome to Norfolk Island International Airport.
Norfolk Island is a beautiful and popular holiday destination in the Pacific Ocean, between New Zealand and Australia. Norfolk Air has scheduled flights to and from both Australia and New Zealand to the Island, and the airport is also used as a stepping stone for International GA flights. The scenery contains some custom items (textures included), and also the landclass fix for Microsoft's erroneous "water island" in FS9. Requires some EZ Scenery Object Sets (see INSTALL instructions for details).
