This is Ray Smith's FSX file. Ray has given me permission to modify his file for P3Dv4. This is a very accurate version of Fiumicino International Airport with two optional files, one file with the Crosswind runway activated and in full operation, where all 3 runways will be used for takeoff/landing and one file as the default airport runway operation. Runway 16C/34C is closed and now taxiway "D". Although 16C/34C is still used under certain visibility conditions P3Dv4 will only allow one or the other. Assigned parking as per their website with extra parking including gates for the A380. The new Terminal 3 expansion added. Gates/parking now numbered in the correct order. All ILS approaches, taxiways and taxi signs updated and corrected to the latest charts. Extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other scenery improvements and objects added. by Robert Catherall

This is Ray Smith's FSX file. Ray has given me permission to modify his file for P3Dv4. Assigned parking updated as per their website. At the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT), A380 gates are assigned to those airlines that only use A380's. The rest of the gates at TBIT are random parking. Gate 39 at Terminal 3 is for Virgin Australia's 777 departures. American Eagle flights are operating from the East Satellite terminal. Taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts. Extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt. Lighted helipad beside the Theme Restaurant and many other scenery improvements are included. By Robert Catherall

This a panel and sound update for the Boeing B-314 Clipper by Mike Stone. The package features a new FSX panel configuration using the great photoreal DC4 panel by Brian Horsey as well as smoke effect and the sound by the late Greg Pepper from CalClassics. Thanks, to Brian Horsey for the DC4 panel and to Greg Pepper for the sound. Many of the gauges are FSX default. You need the original model by Mike Stone for this update to work. Lighter and smaller than the Yak-9 but powered by the same engine, the Yak-3 was a forgiving, easy-to-handle aircraft loved by both novice and experienced pilots and ground crew as well. It was robust, easy to maintain, and a highly successful dog-fighter. It was used mostly as a tactical fighter, flying low over battlefields and engaging in dogfights below 4 km (13,000 ft). Tested in FS2004/FSX/FSXacceleration. GMAX mdl by A.F.Scrub.

DSB F-20A Updated

This is an update for FS9 of the DSB F-20A.
The original file said it was the Iris
aircraft, but everything inside the file says
it is DSB. I have deleted all the gauges
from the panel folder that were not being
used and changed 3 or 4 gauges that did not
work in FSX. I have added a second autopilot,
a GPS, a NAV/GPS switch, an air brake light,
gear indicator lights and a pitch trim gauge.
I have redone the flight dynamics including
fixing any contact points. This is the whole
aircraft. This will work in FSX, but not up
to specifications. See my other F-20A update
for FSX.

Alfs UK airfields-Volume 22
As this was a larger than usual project I include only one airfield, Rochester EGTO near Chatham but I also include a photoreal ground object of Chatham Dockyard.
In FSX scenery there are still many small airfields in the UK with little or no details.
I have tried to improve this in a small way. I do not not aim to make them accurate, only better.
This was compiled using aerial views from Google Earth, Pooleys UK Flight Guide, and the FSX SDK Object Placement Tool and Airport Design Editor v1.47. Extra items were produced using Instant Object Maker v1.2 from FlightSimTools.com.
