This file contains a conversion of Jens B. Kristensen's DC-4 for use in Combat Flight Simulator 2. Mr. Kristensen has graciously allowed me to convert and upload this package. Thanks Jens! Captmercy has done all of the work needed for a fine cockpit layout. Plus some other goodies. Please see the Readme. The current textures are Jens of a C-54 USAAF. Included in the package is an Ai Aircraft which flies more realistically for use in Mission Builder and Quick Combat. I highly recommend lawdog2360's B-24 sound package to be used for this Aircraft. This repaint represents Republic F-84F Thunderstreak S/N 51-1659 as it flew in the markings of the 389th Fighter Bomber Squadron (part of the 366th Fighter Bomber Wing at Alexandria AFB, Louisiana) in 1955. The original plane is now beautifully restored in these striking squadron colors and resides at the Combat Air Museum, Topeka - Kansas. / Jaap de Baare

One of the major battles in WWII dealt with the scuttling of the huge German battleship Bismarck. There is also a movie about it. A fortunate torpedo hit at the stern of the Bismarck was made by an out-dated Fairey Swordfish, torpedo bomber, bi-plane that rendered the battleship's steering gear inoperable. The Swordfish took off from the aircraft carrier HMS Ark Royal. This mission is more-or-less aimed at simulating that event. You will need: Downloads of the Bismarck, a Swordfish torpedo bomber bi-plane, & the Ark Royal carrier are required.

Controversy courting carrier Kulula have been at it again, this time accused of 'highjacking' SAA. Kulula claimed they had not painted the aircrafts yet but either way this is a version of what they wanted. This is a High Definition textures only for the default FSX B737-800. To use in Hi Def follow the simple instructions included in the download.
