Lufthansa purchased its first Doulas DC-2 through Fokker (the European agent for Douglas) in 1934. During WWII, others Douglas DC-2 captured by german forces on countries under military occupation, were delivered to Lufthansa and also to the Luftwaffe as a troop and cargo transport. The germans DC-2 continued in operation until 1945. This virtual model represent the Lufthansa Douglas DC-2 # D-AAIB, 1941. Original FS98 model creator: Harry Follas. Conversion, airfile and Flight Dynamics: Philippe Marion. This is the Dreamwings FSX native model conversion by Phillipe Marion using the PAD cockpit and VC. Textured and tested in P3D v5.3 by Chris Evans. Should also work in FSX and other P3D versions.

This VC model includes Working wipers (right mouse click on switch) with rain effect. Switches for LCD Screens, EICAS, PFD, MFT. Autobrake switch. Opening pilots window. Cabin Lights switch. Realistic FMC. Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS), More Realistic night VC textures. There are custom Boeing 737 sounds included for that extra realism.
