The Lockheed XFV-1 is a US Navy tail-sitter VTOL prototype manufactured in the early 1950s.
When I first saw the XFV-1, I was fascinated by its unique shape.
The protruding cockpit and canopy, the large inflated propeller spinner, the beauty of the curves around the air intake, the tail wing tires like casters on an office chair, and the simple landing gear like training wheels on a kid's bicycle.
On the ground, it looks like an animal standing on two legs.
The more I look at it, the more attractive it is, so I wanted to make it the FS model.
This model has bump mapping and specular mapping.
I haven't tested it to work other than FSX. (Admin: Also tested well in P3Dv5)

This is Ray Smith's 'FSX_egkk_rs' file. Ray has given me permission modify his file for use with Prepar3Dv4. This is a reasonably accurate version of Gatwick Intl Airport to reflect today's situation and made only for P3Dv4: The North terminal buildings and its pier have been completely replaced with something better than the stock airport, new control tower, assigned parking as per their website with extra parking including Gate 110 for the A380, Runway 8L/26R closed and used as a taxiway, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts, extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other scenery improvements and objects added. Worcester is a small GA airfield about 110 km from Cape Town South Africa. It is used for general aviation , PPL training and is one of the best gliding spots on earth. Bardenas Reales Firing Range, near LEZG Version 1.0
Photorealistic scenery of the Firing Range of Bardenas Reales,
in Navarra, Spain, close to LEZG ( N42º10.6',W1º28.0'). Created
on 1951, this range was the practice area for air to surface
weapons for the spanish air force pilots of EF18M, F1M, F5M
and AV8 harriers. Usually is used for other allied forces like
USAF F16. Actually the use of the firing range is decreasing
@ 20% of the full capacity of 100 operations by day. Created

ADAC helicopter. Its a realy working fix for the start/engine
run problem. The Turbine-Engine-Data is deleatet now, and it
works properly. It ads also an Overhead-Panel with generator
switches. They are important for a longtime running Engine.
