Sikorsky S-43/JRS-1 Textures

a set of repaints for George Diemer's lovely Sikorski S-43 (below), in VJ-1 and VJ-4 markings from 1940 and '43.
17 S-43's were taken on charge by the U.S.navy as JRS-1 utility transports, undertaking transport, training and operational patrols.
In fact, the only survivor of 3 JRS's at Pearl Harbour, was launched shorly after the Japanese raid to locate the attacking fleet, armed
with a Marine rifleman and his trusty Springfield, arguably the most lethaly armed flyingboat ever.
The JRS-1's served untill 1946. The aircraft had a few alterations compared to the civil S-43,
externally; an extra small porthole at the aft end of the cabin windows; and a sliding air-opening hatch on either side of the aft hull. The hatches have been
painted on to the textures. Use the Inter-Island Airways model, as this one is closest in hull window count and patern to the JRS-1's.

FSX/P3Dv3,v4 Vought Corsair F4U-1a model correction.
This corrects the textures of the crankcase and turning prop on the Standard F4U-1a_FSX model . Replace the original mdl file by this one. fix by A.F.Scrub.

In 1942, the Spanish government arranged a manufacturing licence with Messerschmitt AG to build the Bf 109G-2. The DB 605A engines, propellers, instruments and weapons were to be supplied from Germany. This proved impossible. In May 1951, a developed version, the HA-1112-K1L, was produced in Spain with the improved Hispano-Suiza, HS 17-12Z engine installation. Its three-bladed de Havilland Hydromatic propeller earned it the nickname Tripala ("three blades"). GMAX mdl by A.F.Scrub.

Improvements for the night lights in the default FSX B747-400. Upgrades from resolution 512 to 2048, 24 bits in DXT3. Back up the original file and replace the B747_1_LM.dds in the textures folder of the default 747.

FS2004 Miles M.1 Satyr.
Built for Miles' personal use in exhibition
flying. It was his last biplane design.
First flight was in August 1932.
It crashed on takeoff in Aug 1989. It was
sold on to The Hospitals Air Pagent.
It was written off in September 1936.
