FS9 Lear 45 updated to FSX

This is an update for FSX of the Lear 45 from
FS9. The textures are by Jeff Smith and
Tyler Smith. The textures are used so there
is no conflict, in the sim, or in your mind,
which one you are using. I have added the
rest of the wheels, and updated the flight
dynamics.

FSX Westland Lynx Fat Cat Special Scheme Textures

FSX Alphasim Westland Lynx GLYnX-variant in the "Fat cat" textures. The paint scheme of a German Lynx (Requires LYNXAH7AH9FSX.zip). The combination of the helicopter model and that paint scheme is not realistic, because the real Lynx-variant is a WK88a with wheels, but the beautiful paint scheme is realistically. I could not find an appropriate FS-flight model in a high quality. There are Alpasim variants, very close to the German Navy WK88a, but that textures does not allow separate paintings for the left and right side. Reworked camera definitions are included. Repaint by Erwin Welker.

Visual Navigation for Flight Simulation: Compass, Clock and Chart Part 3

For use in any Flight simulator. Part 3 of the tutorial for navigation in ANY real-world-based sim, using real aeronautical charts and only ground-based navaids, or none at all. It will work with any sim, because the program is not run on your computer- it's run between your ears!
Those interested in learning to navigate this way will also want to download my complete set of real US sectionals ("realvfrcharts"), converted to pdf form for use in kneeboard viewers or on a separate display.
In this part, we will fly a simple round-robin flight with no nav or comm radios... in Part 4, we will plan and execute a straight-line flight, mostly over water, using mostly dead reckoning and no in-flight wind or cloud updates.
FS9 is used for the tutorial, but ANY sim that references real-world charts can be used.

"Semper Fi" (Always Faithful) is a fictious P51b fighting machine
with exceptional performance and terrible guns. "The Hun Hunter" is
a realistic P51b Mustang as flown by 1st Lieutenant Henry Brown, a
14 victory Ace from 354th Fighter squadron during April 44. A.F.Scrub.

Otis Air Force Base/Air National Guard Base AFCAD Update This
is an accurate representation (because I'm a severe perfectionist)
of Otis Air Force Base/Air National Guard Base. The only difference
is that the buildings aren't placed correctly but you can insert
the BGL code that I included to clear the area of all buildings.
I haven't yet found freeware that allows for this and if you
know of any, be my guest and let me know because I will update
this. This is supposed to be a tribute to the 9/11 victims.
The base is connected to the tragedy because fighter jets were
scrambled to intercept the hijacked jets, but they never got
