The Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental can carry over 400 passengers at a speed of 1055km/h or 570 knots (656mph). Skyspirit FSX Native Boeing 747-8i assembled and upgraded for Prepar3D 3 & 4 + FSX with the developed B747 VC (virtual 3d cockpit) from Microsoft with enhancements by Alejandro Rojas Lucenda (Manual included). This is the Skyspirit FSX native Boeing 747-8i model, and includes ground cargo servicing, stairs (FSX - Go to Views - Instrument Panel -Posky Utility), opening nose section and more. Included CF engine sounds from BrandonG, with realistic jet whine to make your flight sound great. The Sopwith T.1 Cuckoo was a British biplane torpedo bomber used by the Royal Naval Air Service (RNAS), and its successor organization, the Royal Air Force (RAF). The T.1 was the first landplane specifically designed for carrier operations, but it was completed too late for service in the First World War. After the Armistice, the T.1 was named the Cuckoo. This is a native FSX update for the FS2004 model by Stuart Green, now with new VC and 2D panel. New panels and effect updates by Michael Pook. Many thanks to A.F. Scrub for his native FSX conversion. "imp" means imperfect, as other mesh I have already processed is of areas that have very little vegetation cover - over the land, or has large urban areas. This "imp" mesh will include some slight discrepancies of altitude (in the case of forested areas - by a magnitude sometimes of +15 metres-depending on how tall the trees are, in the jungle or forest canopy) over urban areas, or areas with a lot of vegetation cover - due to the limitations of the ASTER satellites infra red scanning cameras, and the software used to process the DEM data. Areas where there is little vegetation cover, or non urban areas, the terrain should have truer values. But I feel this ASTER DEM data is so good - why let it all go to waste - especially flying over lovely Pacific islands? So you FSX users out there will have to take all this into account when using this mesh. Grateful thanks to ERSDAC, and NASA for making this data freely available to the public.
