FS2004 Comet 4B Channel Airways Textures only. (ex Olympic) G-APYD One of four ex Olympic Comet 4B aircraft that along with a single ex BEA machine was bought for IT charter contracts stating in the Summer of 1970. Based at Stansted it was not a happy asscociation with the airline and techincal delays and spares shortage caused Channel to buy a Mexicana machine for spares use. That arrived in June 1971 and was broken up. In September of that year continuing problems and spares shortages coinciding with a fall off in work meant the retirement of one of the active fleet. The airline was in a bad shape and eventually all jet services were suspended in January 1972 with the airline closing at the end of February. An update of Ito-Sans Dog Sabre materials for some extra bling, shine controlled on ext spec. lighter for shine, darker for not. Animation of stabilator fixed so it doesn't snap back to 0 at full down, fixed NLG steering. Commands- the usual, canopy Shift+E, rocket pack moved to tailhook. Did some cfg massaging, reset scrapes, added A/B effects and effects controller, and polished the thang so it'll make it's VNE You will need to download the first FSX edition, in the library. replace the CFG, model folder, panel folder and texture.shared folders with enclosed. Cut and paste your aircraft section into the cfg, add effects folder contents to FSX effects folder.

Wide View Aspect flying (WVA) is a resident option in FSX. It is not by default activated. The aircraft are displayed differently in WVA and it is necessary, in this project, to provide files to place overlay windows and the bomb sight in the correct positions to maintain accuracy of an attack on the dam walls. You must have Part 1 installed and if you already fly WVA or wish to, then this updated MUST be applied. For simplicity this update will replace all Plane-Design flyable Lancasters in PART 1. The Project Ai's are not affected by the change to WVA. An illustrated Pdf Manual provides background and installation instuctions. FS2004/FS2002 doublepack for pilotable armed merchand cruisers (download from Usio no Ibuki required). One ship is the japanese "Asaka Maru", the another one the german auxilary cruiser "Thor" in 2 versions. This are very detailed CFS2 warships of WWII from from Masazumi Kaneko in a high quality but without VC.
