This is an adaptation of the beautiful Ralf Triebel's Arnhem for cfs1.
Note that the airfield is not in correspondance of the real city of
Arnhem - this will be posted later. However i've included a little
dutch village made with the beautiful macros of Roelof Krijber, i

The island is crowded with five ground bases and a SP one; night lights
and fuel areas for all of them. I tried to be as much accurate as
I could with placing the runways, but installations are completely
fictional. Text data are provided to be appended to the airbases.dat
file, to get the scenery available in the Mission Builder. Made with
Derek Leungs' FS Scenery Creator, macros by Dan Geis, Gerrish Gray
and Ralf-J. Triebel. 800K
