FS2004 Comet 4B Channel Airways Textures only. (ex BEA) G-APMB Channel Airways bought five Comet 4B aircraft from BEA to operate inclusive tours out of Stansted. This was the only ex BEA machine, the other four had been in service with Olympic Airways. None of the aircraft were painted in Channel colours, remaining in the basic livery of their former operators left G-APMB as the odd one out in the fleet. The first to arrive in January 1970 was one of the former Greek aircraft and the type made it debut on the 25th February with G-APYC flying from Stansted to Palma. The Comet proved a disaster for the airline and a spares shortage and technical difficulties forced it to buy an Mexicana Comet 4 in June 1971 which was immediately broken up to provide spares. The airline as a whole was in serious trouble and with fortunes continuing to decline all jet operations were suspended in January 1972. The airline ceased flying at the end of the following month. Alternate Object_DPs for the stock *American Willys Jeep "amjeep" ( veh ) and *Tent Round "tent_rnd" ( inf ) will allow you in the Mission Builder to place small 'effect areas' for way finding and/ or to develop large areas simulating urban spaces undergoing a heavy bombing raid. The 'Extra' effects attached to the objects will produce randomly; sized, timed and placed flashes, fires and smoke. By delaying entry times of the ( veh ) object you can determine when they appear in the mission and/or simulate these effects to multiply, spread or merge with others. File set includes; Alternate Object_DPs, completely new ( and very low LOD/res ) effect files, screen shots, demo mission and instructions. Lockheed Martin F-35A for FSX by Dino Cattaneo in (yet fictional) RNLAF livery. My fifth paint resembles a future 323 Sqn Flight Test livery, located at Leeuwarden AB, The Netherlands. The Leeuwarden based "Orange Jumper" aircraft (currently a F-16BM) is a flight test vehicle that is designed to test the aircraft type in all conditions the RNLAF can encounter, and with all weapons, sensors, systems and updates related. These tests are performed in close co-operation with the Dutch National Aerospace Laboratory (NLR). You need the excellent payware Lockheed Martin F-35A by Dino Cattaneo in order to use this repaint.
