FS98/CFS Douglas DC-6B Twin Pack LAN-CHILE Air Lines & Chilean Air Force FACH. The Chilean National Air Lines LAN operated the Douglas DC-6B between 1955 to 1968, being sold to the Chilean Air Force, who operate them to 1980 (some converted to C-118 for cargo duties). The modern four-engined plane with capacity for 100 passengers, was destined by LAN to flight national and international routes, opening the comercial flights to Isla de Pascua (Easter Island) on central South Pacific. On April 1962 the DC-6B registration #406 equipped as VIP plane, war used as "Air Force One" by the president Jorge Alessandri Rodriguez on his presidential tour to United States, Mexico, Panama, Ecuador and Peru. During "Beagle Crisis" with Argentina in 1978, the FACH's Dc-6B received camouflage in green/tan colors with low visibility markings, operating as tactical transport on southern border regions. Aircraft model is fully animated: moving gears, control surfaces, flaps, propellers, landing lights, with ficcional armament of 2 x 0.30 machine guns in the side windows. This is a repaint for the amazing TDS Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. It includes the base model, high-quality textures, customized Canadian Airlines Cargo ground services, and a VC. Canadian Airlines never flew Boeing's latest offer, the 787 Dreamliner, as it wasn't in production when the airline was absorbed by Air Canada in 2001. Thus, C-FMEL is a fictional registration, and we can only speculate what it would have looked like. However, in our new universe, Canadian Airlines is alive and well, and has just taken delivery of a brand new Boeing 787-9; available to fly the route of your choice. This is an update for FS9 of the IL-18D_AP by Edgar Guinart . There are 4 paints (texture sets) of the aircraft. I have added all the wheels, and changed any contact points that needed to be changed. I have updated the flight dynamics and added a panel in English for those who like me would want it. See read me file about how to change to the origial panel. There is no VC.
