FS2000 Curtiss June Bug. Curtiss Arodrome number 3 or "June Bug" as it was christened, first flew in 1908 and between 21 June and 31 August of that year, succeeded in making more than 30 take-offs, mainly in the hands of Glenn Curtiss and McCurdy. Curtiss was awarded the Scientific American Journal's prize for the first officially recognised flight of over 1km on 4th July 1908 in this aircraft. The flight took 1 minute 42.5 seconds. New twin jet sound for FS2002 FSD T-38A Talon (must have this aircraft!) using edited MS default FS2002/CFS3 waves with revised "sound.cfg" parameters. Quiet "electro-mechanical" sound in cockpit is matched to engine RPM to give good audio feedback of throttle setting, especially handy on final approach. The new "wind" noise in the cockpit increases in pitch & volume in direct relation to airspeed, giving a sense of increasing velocity. Max volume/pitch of the wind noise is adjustable within sound.cfg. External sounds are "military" and a little loud. Folder structure of extra "TestBed" FSD T38 included for safe testing of effects and .cfg file info for an optional speed increase(Mach 1.5). FS2004 Viscount 837 TAC Colombia Textures only. One of the later Viscounts to be built, this one first flew in May 1960. Delivered to Austrian Airlines as OE-LAL it served until October 1971 when sold to Shackleton Aviation. The following month saw it off to Colombia to join TAC. Spending it's first year on lease to L'Uracca it returned to TAC at the end of September the following year. Reported as written off in December 1977 at Bucaramanga, Colombia it remained in store in a derelict condition until at least the 1990's.
