The land of Sammy Sosa & Pedro Martinez To my first version of Las Americas Airport one of the most important and biggest airports in the caribbean.Brief History------------------This Airport was a Military Air-Base during the government of the dictator Trujillo, the real Santo Domingo Airport was in the center of the city and by the late 1960's closed and the Las Americas Intl. was opened and inagurated by the President Joaquin Balaguer. Missoula Intl Airport and Smoke Jumper Headquarters in Montana connects to other major airports via Delta, Northwest, and Frontier Airlines. It is also home to the Forest Service Region one Smoke Jumper Base, which provides smoke jumper training, initial attack fire suppression, and retardant drops to all remote areas in Pacific Northwest as well as Alaska and other western states. Package also includes the airport at Libby, Montana about 100 air miles to the northwest in the Kootenai National Forest. Both airports were modeled from on site sketches and photographs. FS2004 AC-119 Stinger SEA Duo Textures only. Repaints only for the recently released Mike Stone C-119 Boxcar (required here) Represents two Boxcars converted to armed gunship versions used during the Vietnam conflict as a replacement for the AC-47. Due to model limitations, the guns are two dimensional as was done for Mike's AC-130 Hercules varients. Also, the K model C-119 had two additional wing mounted jet engines that are not modeled on this version. These repaints are only suitable for the Mike Stone C-119 Boxcar. FS2004 Viking 3B Eagle Airways (final) Textures only. Wearing a new Eagle livery that was to evolve into the most remembered of all the Eagle liveries, that of British Eagle is G-AJPH probably the most important British aeroplane to be almost totally ignored it's place in history. Built as the jet powered "Nene" Viking it was only ever intended to be a proof of concept experimental machine. As such it was the worlds first pure Jet airliner when it undertook a series of passenger flights. After that work was finished it was rebuilt as a standard Viking 1B for service with Eagle,later being converted to a 3B.
