P3Dv4.5+ Bell 412EP Hotfix 1

This Hotfix replaces either missing or corrupted files in the original release. I have also recompiled the models to include specular and bump mapping to increase the visuals of the models. I also included another version in this Hotfix. I added an "HRT" or Test version to the FLIR model as a blank training platform. But it also doubles as a pseudo-paintkit as it is a completely white 412EP. This will allow repainters a blank slate should they feel like repainting this version. This hotfix should fix the texture issues noted in v4.5. Unknown if this fix will address those experienced in v5. A second hotfix may be required if the problem persists in P3Dv5. in FSX. There are wrong base pack links listed with several of my
previous 680 repaints on some websites, so to clarify, the proper
base pack needed is the same for both FSX and FS2004... ac680vc9.zip ...
