FSX/Accel/P3dV3 Pilotable Liberty ships with military cargo. This mass produced cargo vessel was built during WWII to replace the high losses mainly on the Atlantic because of supporting the island of Great Britain. About three ships was built in the States within two days, totaly 2710 ships. The pilotable FSX-ships comes in two camo paint schemes and three versions with different decks cargo like ELCO Pt-boats, steam locomotives, military trucks, Jeeps, Sherman tanks and small landing crafts. The Ai-vessels are converted from Sketchup to native FSX by Klaus Novak and belongs to his WWII US fleet at SOH. FS2004/FSX Albatros G.III Grosskampfflugzeug, 1917 Of elegant lines and clean design, this little known, limited production version of Albatros Flugzeugwerke´s medium sized, twin engined tactical bomber biplane was built in 1917, based on their 1916 G.II prototype. It entered service in Macedonia and elsewhere in 1917. Powered by two Benz Bz.IV engines rated at 230 hp each, it had a payload of 720 lb and a top speed of 93 mph kt. Despite it's advances, the 221A'a layout harked back to the biplane era, with the cabin forward, and open cockpit aft. Lack of a constant speed propeller prevented the Monomail's true success, as better twins were introduced by the time C-S props appeared. *** Only one 221A saw brief service between Chicago-Cheyenne. *********** For this mission, Take off in a Boeing 221A Monomail aircraft from North Platte Regl-Bird airport in North Platte, Nebraska and make two deliveries, before a last mail stop at Cheyenne Regional/ Jerry Olson airport in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Vol.31 consists of Reymerston Hall and Shipdham EGSA in Norfolk and is a small tribute to Wing Commander Ken Wallis and his Wallis Gyrocopters. Reymerston Hall was his home in Norfolk where he flew his gyrocopters and where he died in 2013 at the age of 97. The local flying club was based at Shipdham, less than 2 miles away. One of his aircraft, 'Little Nellie', was used and flown by him, in the James Bond film 'You Only Live Twice'.

There are Nineteen (19) parts to download for GDEMv2 of Australia. ASTER GDEM Version 2 is a 30 metre definition DEM, its better than the version 1 data that ERSDAC, of Japan and NASA originally released, but it does have its limitations. GDEM has been obtained from a satellite that uses stereoscopic infrared scanning cameras, this brings with it problems in the resultant data.....where it sees the tops of trees, buildings etc, as the ground terrain. If you look at the jpg image with the terrain type errors shown as a graph, you will see that the only 'safe' terrain to use this data with - in FSX - is scrubland, or desert terrain. Its hopeless in defining the terrain in places like Europe - with all the artificial structures, (buildings) and different types of woodland, so any mesh I create from this data won't include areas like that....it will be more desert type terrain, and scrubland. I won't be doing Greenland because something about the ice around Greenland, (or any other land mass with ice) it creates false data. It does give enough fine data to reveal railway lines, and some roads though. This mesh has been made for FSX only.
