"imp" means imperfect, as other mesh I have already processed is of areas that have very little vegetation cover - over the land, or has large urban areas. This "imp" mesh will include some slight discrepancies of altitude (in the case of forested areas - by a magnitude sometimes of +15 metres-depending on how tall the trees are, in the jungle or forest canopy) over urban areas, or areas with a lot of vegetation cover - due to the limitations of the ASTER satellites infra red scanning cameras, and the software used to process the DEM data. Areas where there is little vegetation cover, or non urban areas, the terrain should have truer values. But I feel this ASTER DEM data is so good - why let it all go to waste - especially flying over lovely Pacific islands? So you FSX users out there will have to take all this into account when using this mesh. Grateful thanks to ERSDAC, and NASA for making this data freely available to the public. FSX Douglas C-117D repaint textures for Westhoven Air Transit N7379W, for the freeware Manfred Jahn and team Douglas C-117D (c117d_v1_beta.zip), which you must have previously installed in FSX. Repainted using Mr. Jahn's Photoshop paint kit templates converted to bitmap and dds for compatibility with freeware paint programs. Saved in 2048x2048 32bit. Also includes engine exhaust smoke coordinates which you can add to your "aircraft.cfg" if you wish. Screenshots enclosed. Easy installation. Repaint by Tom Tiedman.

Welcome to Millington Regional Jetport. A larger airport from the typical airports I do, but still a good location. Lots of sights to see, and fairly flat ground. Located in Tennessee. Package includes Custom objects, default objects, and photo realistic ground textures.

Nauru, in the south Pacific NE of Australia, is the world's smallest republic, covering just 21 square kilometres (8.1 sq mi). With just over 9,322 residents, it is the second least-populated country after Vatican City I have not done any work on the Airport and will leave that for someone else to do. If you make a New Airport please feel free to include this Scenery with your project and permission is not needed and you may do with this scenery anything you like except make money from it !!

Repaint for the Constellation Group (Manfred Jahn) L1049H, textures only CF-NAM was purchased from Nordair for use on the Biafran Airlift alongside many other propliners for the last big-style propliner operation in history.It still exists on the island of Sao Tome, together with its sistership CF-NAL. They mainly flew night missions from there to the jungle strip at Uli/Biafra. Canairelief aircraft were operated for "Joint Church Aid" (JCA), called "Jesus Christ Airlines" by the pilots, being under anti-aircraft fire and bomb raids during the missions. The repaint features a cargo net, as used at the time.
