FS2002 Douglas DC-3 Ansett PNG VH-MAL A DC-3 in the colours of Ansett Papua New Guinea, registration VH-MAL, in livery 1970-1973. She carried mostly cargo during this period. This aircraft was previously "Betsy", the founding aircraft of Cathay Pacific Airways. Based on Jan Visser's legendary DC-3 model for FS2000, updated for FS2002, this model includes transparent cabin windows, nightlighting, lit 3D interior with opening cargo doors, boarding ladder, cargo both inside and outside the aircraft and other details. Includes FS2002 lights fix by Paul Pridwales. Default panel and sound. Repaint by Mark Beaumont. File name: DC3ANSNC.ZIP. 2.9MB

FS98/CFS1 Boeing 247-D United Air Lines The Boeing Model 247 was an early United States airliner, considered the first such aircraft to fully incorporate advances such as all-metal (anodized aluminum) semi-monocoque construction, a fully cantilevered wing and retractable landing gear. Other advanced features included control surface trim tabs, an autopilot and deicing boots for the wings and tailplane. 60 Boeing 247 were operated by Boeing Air Transport (later United Air Lines) since 1934, remained in airline service until World War II, when several were converted into C-73 transports and trainers. Original FS5 model creator: Rich Boehringer 1996. All reworked to FS98/CFS1 with new textures, damage profile and moving parts: Edmundo Abad 2010. Also special thanks to Juan Concha & Roberto Ibarra, former FACH officers, by the great provided information for the development of this virtual model.

FS98/CFS Douglas C-118 Liftmaster Chilean Air Force - Fuerza Aerea de Chile. The C-118 Liftmaster was a cargo version of Douglas DC6-B liner. The Chilean Air Force operate some Douglas C-118 between 1968 to 1980. This planes was former LAN DC-6B liners, converted to C-118 for cargo duties. During "Beagle Crisis" with Argentina in 1978, the FACH's Dc-6B and C-118 received camouflage in green/tan colors with low visibility markings, operating as tactical transport on southern border regions. This virtual model represent the Douglas C-118 FACH # 985, with low visibility markings. Aircraft model is fully animated: moving gears, control surfaces, flaps, propellers, landing lights, with ficcional armament of 2 x 0.30 machine guns in the side windows.
