FSX/FS2004 Gulf Air Boeing 737-200 circa 1980 Textures
(Category: FSX > Civil Jets)
2.11Mb (312 downloads)
This is a repaint of the 737-200 in Gulf Air colors. The freeware Tinmouse 737-200 is needed for this repaint. Gulf Air operated the 737-200 from 1977 to 1995. They had 11 737-200s in their fleet throughout the years. This repaint was tested on P3D v3. It should work on FSX & FSX-SE. Not P3Dv4+

FS2004/FSX Lockheed L-188 Electra Pacific Western Airlines Textures
(Category: FSX > Props)
2.69Mb (312 downloads)
Textures for the L-188 in Pacific Western Airlines colors. The freeware L-188 by Libardo Guzman is needed for this repaint. PWA operated a total of 4 L-188s from 1971 to 1976. This aircraft is the most intersting of the four. They nicknamed it the "Silver Bullet". It was a fuel tanker and was used to support the arctic oil exploration projects. It was unique in that fuel tankers were rare and this aircraft had the name and logo painted over the shiny unpainted aircraft.
I have included DXT3 textures, which will enable the FS2004 users to fly this plane. Just copy the DXT3 textures in the enclosed folder, then paste them into the main L-188 folder, overwriting the files there.
This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX boxed & FS 2004.

AxisViewer 1.4
(Category: FSX > Utilities)
28.50Mb (312 downloads)
Detailed user manual included. For each aircraft control surface selected, AxisViewer will show the position of the joystick axis attached to the control surface, and the actual position of the control surface according to FSX/P3D. The benefits are: * Positive feedback on Control Surface Position. Ever ask yourself "Self, just what is that autopilot/autothrottle doing, anyway?!" * Allow you to manually adjust the Axis Positions to match the Control Surface Positions, so that you don't get a nasty surprise (for example, sudden change in thrust) when the autopilot and/or autothrottle is disengaged. * Verification of joystick functioning and range of motion. * Clear indication of when "dead zones" are entered. You will see the Control Surface Position "snap" to a particular value as the Axis Position approaches the dead zone. Version 1.4 adds an installer, and options for appearance. See the user manual for details.
