Palermo Airport also known as Falcone-Borsellino Airport and Punta Raisi Airport is located at Punta Raisi, 19 NM (35 km; 22 mi) west northwest of Palermo, the capital city of the Italian island of Sicily. The airport is one of the busiest in Italy, with 4,367,342 passengers handled in 2010. The airport was given the name Falcone-Borsellino in memory of the two leading anti-mafia judges Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino who were murdered by the mafia in 1992. The new terminal makes the simulation more real, and we added crosswind landings. Added ground equipment, air bridges as true.

You are a captain of the famous Concorde registered in Air France colours. The flight is a routine return flight from Charles-de-Gaulle to John F. Kennedy iaw from John F. Kennedy to Charles-de-Gaulle that was on the daily flight schedule in the peak of the Concorde’s life before all the problems started. Interesting feature is the take-off at sunset and landing a few hours later after sunrise.

This is an update for FSX of the Rafale M by
Cyril Pioffet. I have updated the flight
dynamics from my FS9 update of the same
aircraft, changed the original panel a bit,
and added a second panel for those who might
like it better. I am including the carrier
tutorial for the Raffale as it was while
trying the aircraft out in the tutorial that
I found out how to make the view in the
tutorial the same as the 2D view in free
flight. This is the whole aircraft.

This Russian built plane may well be the world standard for
aerobatic aircraft. It is powered by a 9 cylinder radial that
makes vertical stunts a picnic. This plane is not for beginning
pilots. I am sure that won't stop anybody from trying it out.
