For those of us who like just a little shine on our planes, the download contains a new MDL file. Just drop it into the Model folder of the TR_C131, allowing it to overwrite the original. It turned out better looking than I imagined.

The "Volkel" scenery attempt to be approximated to the reality showing the airport like it (may) have looked like in WWII days, under Luftwaffe occupation. Shows the wartime airfield layer took from the real maps and actual "air" photos from the WWII time period.
This scenery places Runway, AFD menu entry, NDB beacon frequency, buildings, fields, trees, ground vehicles, static planes, searchlights and more to the airfield of Volkel.

For ETO V1.40 or higher. First of all, thanks to Bob 'rbp71854' who has made the mission template and gave me permission to use it. He has done 99% of the boring job and without him, this mission would never have been the same and so immersive.
Overview:
2./NAGr 13, Cuers, august 15th 1944. Alarm, ALARM!! Allies have initiated an amphibious and airborne assault in southern France, HQ requires informations immediately to prepare a counterattack. Confusion is complete, report where the major landings operations are and try to determine where is the airborne assult by spotting gliders on ground. This is a high priority mission....

KORWALD (KORean War Air Loss Database) so it was probably transfered
intact to either the RoKAF or the Philipine Air Force after the 12th
FBS converted to F-86 Sabres in January 1953. Get the complete FDG
