This is an update for FSX of the Piper Arrow 4 by Rien Cornelissen. I deleted the sound gauge that was making FSX crash; changed the 2D background picture; changed or added gauges to both the VC and 2D panels; got rid of the 4x3 panel; plugged the square hole in the left VC background; and updated the flight dynamics. This aircraft is not turbocharged.

FSX/Acceleration Nuclear Icebreaker LENIN. This vessel from the Soviets entered service in 1959 and was the first nuclear icebreaker worlwide and also the first civilian nuclear vessel. The ship was powerfull, relativly fast and as comfortable as a cruiseship. The icebreaker opened the routes for cargo ships in the Arctic sea above the northern coast of Russia. In 1965 happened a coolant accident and in 1967 leaks were found in the reactor and so the three old 90 MW reactors were disposed into the sea. In 1970 LENINs lost reactors were replaced with two 170 MW reactors, propelling four steam turbine generators on three propeller shafts. The pilotable FS-model comes with a complete 28 m broad virtual nav bridge, as realisticly as possible. Twenty seven cameras allows you to explore the decks and the virtual nav bridge and let you enjoy plenty of animations: Ice breaking, walking polar bears, a crane which sets a snow truck down to the icefield and a Kamov Ka-18 helicopter doing take offs and landings. Saved flights for the Arctic during day in summer or during night at fall are included. Probably the models will sail also in FS2004 and P3dV2 but this is not tested. This is a repaint of the Douglas C-133B Cargomaster in the USAF scheme. The freeware Douglas C-133 Cargomaster by Tim Conrad is needed for this repaint. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & FS2004. Textures for FS2004 users are included. Textures are 32bit DDS & DXT3 BMP. This aircraft, 590524, was with the 60th Military Airlift Wing MAC. It was retired on Jun 16, 1971, and scrapped by end of 1974.

Garry Smith archive files: Bristol Britannia Cargo Foyal Air Force (RAF) textures. These enhanced repaints were created by Garry J. Smith (from Australia) who passed away in late 2016. His website (gjsmith.net) is down and everything he created is now lost forever. However, we have managed to salvage some of his repaints for Mike Stone FS2004 models, that simmers may enjoy them, thus preserving some of the hard work Garry J. Smith invested in these repaints.
