FSX/P3D DC-3 Air Antilles textures

This is a repaint of the DC-3 in Air Antilles colors. The freeware DC-3/C-47 v3 by Manfred Jahn is needed for this repaint. Air Antilles was founded in 1954 under the name of Antilles Air Service and began scheduled services in 1957. It was renamed to Air Antilles in 1964. They operated regular services in the Carribean, especially in the French West Indies. They had flights from Pointe-a-Pitre, in Gouadeloupe, to other islands in the region, such as the Leeward Islands, French Antilles, and Montserrat . Their main aircraft was the DC-3. The airline ceased operations in 1978. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D all versions.

Buffalo-Niagara International Airport for P3D. Includes missing .bgl files. Originally created for FSX, this airport has been converted to work in P3D. Several improvements have been made to the default airport. The default terminal buildings have been replaced with buildings created in FSDS; aircraft gates have been correctly coded using Airport Design Editor 1.76.6582; a new airport vehicle network has been built; extra fuel trucks have been added throughout the airport; the tower view has been changed to display from the roof of the control tower; all taxiway designators are correct and all taxiway signs are correctly placed and named; there is the option to open both runways to AI traffic; the FedEx and UPS cargo areas are modeled; and Jim Dhaenen's excellent ramp lights are also included. Please refer to the README FIRST.txt file to insure proper installation of all files. Patrick Finch

This hotfix addresses the NAV/GPS button not working correctly on the dash.

As Raimondo Taburet hasn't processed the CDED files above 60 degrees latitude for Canada, well here are the ones I have processed.
There isn't any data available from geobase in some of the blocks above 60 degrees latitude, these are blocks: 15, 17, 18, 28, 108, 109, 118, 119.
