MSN 32336 was built during 2002, and delivered to Singapore Airlines as 9V-SVL in November 2002. After serving with them, she went to Air New Zealand, as ZK-OKI, in May 2018, with minor alterations to the Singapore Airlines scheme. She joined Surinam Airways as PZ-TCU in December 2019, adopting the colour scheme shown. ‘TCU was with them until January 2022, when she was returned to Boeing. Boeing used her as their “ecoDemonstrator”, wearing a special colour scheme, until she was stored at Victorville in September 2024. This is a repaint of a Fairchild C-119G in USAF Satelllite Recovery colors. Ted Giana's C-119 package is needed for this repaint. Full credit to Daisuke Yamamoto for the model. On August 19 1960 this C-119 made the world’s first mid air recovery of a capsule returning from orbit when it snatched the parachute lowering the Discoverer 14 satellite at 8,000 feet altitude, 360 miles southwest of Honolulu, Hawaii. Textures are 32bit BMP. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should also work on FSX, P3D v1-3.
