"imp" means imperfect, as other mesh I have already processed is of areas that have very little vegetation cover - over the land, or has large urban areas. This "imp" mesh will include some slight discrepancies of altitude (in the case of forested areas - by a magnitude sometimes of +15 metres-depending on how tall the trees are, in the jungle or forest canopy) over urban areas, or areas with a lot of vegetation cover - due to the limitations of the ASTER satellites infra red scanning cameras, and the software used to process the DEM data. Areas where there is little vegetation cover, or non urban areas, the terrain should have truer values. But I feel this ASTER DEM data is so good - why let it all go to waste - especially flying over lovely Pacific islands? So you FSX users out there will have to take all this into account when using this mesh. Grateful thanks to ERSDAC, and NASA for making this data freely available to the public. FS2004 Florida Tour. Here are a set of 11 VFR flight plans to explore the state of Florida. The flight plans are designed to fly over some of the very interesting points in the State: Lakeland, Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, The Keys, Miami, Disney World, Cape Canaveral, Jacksonville, the Panhandle, Pensacola, and Tallahassee. FS2004 Cessna model 305 , L-19E(O-1E) "Bird Dog" Float version file: L19v2FL.zip. The FS model, made with FSDS has many moving parts: flaps, ailerons, rudder, elevator, steerable tail wheel linked to the rudder, rotating wheels and skis with suspension, opening right side door and the above right side window. It also has a detailed interior with pilot with animated head which seems to explore what happens around him. The 2d panel host all necessary gauges to fly this plane, arranged almost like the real aircraft , flight simulator permitting. The model can be flown also from the 3D virtual cockpit . FS2004 Northrop YRB-49 Flying Wing This is only my second attempt at making an aircraft for Flight sim and started out as a simple upgrade to version 1, It rapidly turned in to a complete rebuild . Aircraft still has all the things i put in the first model ie Suspension, VC Etc, but has had many additions. FS2004/FSX - Cessna L-19 E (O-1E) Bird Dog Float version This is an almost completely redesign of my old model made on January 2004 . The present model is the civilianised version of the original military version. The model is presented in three version with wheels, skis and floats. Two painting schemes of existing civilian operators are included.
